Think Dynamic Digital, LLC was founded in 2020 by Owner and Founder Andrea E. Bacchi, who turned a personal challenge into an opportunity after developing hyperacusis (pain from noise) in 2017, a hearing disability that made traditional in-office work difficult. Andrea’s journey into digital marketing began in 2007 when she took on the role of promoting her mother’s business, Vermont Moonlight Cookies, and discovered her passion for social media and email marketing and business development.

With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Andrea has helped more than 200 companies across Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, and beyond. Since starting Think Dynamic Digital, she has served as a Marketing Consultant with the Vermont Small Business Development Center for almost 5 years, where she still is today. As a disability advocate, Andrea also sits on the Vermont State Rehabilitation Council (which governs HireAbility Vermont, formerly Vocational Rehabilitation) appointed by Governor Scott to help people with disabilities find work or start their own self-employment journey. HireAbility, which helped Andrea get back into the workforce after gaining her hearing disability, is the agency where she is able to provide support to help others get the support they need to find work or start their own self-employment journey.

Her past experience as a Content Writer at TripAdvisor, Marketing Assistant at MountainOne Financial Partners, and content creator at one of Boston’s largest law firms, combined with her dedication to small businesses, has shaped Think Dynamic Digital’s mission: connect dots, solve problems, build brands and inspire people.
